Reservation Booking Process

1. Check Availability and Rates.

2. Send a Reservation Request Inquiry for the Property:
   
   

3. Download, read and print the Property Rental Agreement via the link listed below.  Fill out the rental application portion fully and sign the rental agreement. Scan the documents and e-mail the attachments back to us at info@rentwithconfidence.com. *Note - if you do not have the ability to scan and attach the documents, you can always fax them to us. Our fax number is 1-800-530-3500:

4. Process your security refund deposit payment in the rental payment processing section below. *Note - We can also process credit card payments manually, just let us know if you prefer us to handle this for you and we will use the credit card you list on the rental application.
   
   
5. Please note that availability and rates are subject to change. We honor all written rate quotes we provide for 30 days.  Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of payment. Emails and inquiries do not constitute tentative reservations nor a commitment to hold dates for the inquirer.
