Our Sunview Villa property is a 1,600 Sq. Ft. 3BR/2BA Manufactured
Home built in 2007.
Located in one of central Florida's newest master-planned retirement community, it features a corner lot with a screened lanai and spacious carport. |
Sunview Villa has a sumptuous master bedroom suite with a king size bed, two nightstands and a mirrored dressor with a TV.
Large in size with plenty of room the suite offers a large soaking tub, dual countertop sinks and a separate water closet.

The second bedroom is also very roomy and features a queen sized bed, one nightstand, a mirrored dressor and TV. The color schemes are light and offer a relaxing aura. |

Lakes Golf & Country Club a visit. Located
just miles from Sunview Villa with green fees running
from $25 to $45, Ridgewood Lakes is
an excellent bargain
and a fine alternative in generally upscale Orlando golf.
Most of it is lateral,
with only one real forced water carry to the green.
Still, you are always aware of all that water
lurking off to the side of the fairways and sometimes
beside and back of the greens. There are also 60
bunkers on Ridgewood Lakes (some built with coquina
shells, which spices up the layout),
and quite a
few homes close enough to be identified as hazards. |

More than 60 days - security deposit (minus $50 processing fee) and any
rental payment returned; 60 days or less - forfeiture of rental payments and security deposit if another renter, with similar terms can not be found. During storm seasons we recommend renters take out travel insurance.

$250 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit. Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to the $250 damage deposit due at time of booking. |

Application Fee $25. |
Other Policies: |
50% rental rate due 60 days prior to
arrival and balance due 30 days prior. Maximum of 8 occupants (Sleeps 6 Comfortably).
