My family and friends stayed at this wonderful home for almost a week and it was great.

It was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors were very nice.

It is close to the main attractions and also close to a supermarket and convenience store. All in all we had a great time relaxing in this big beautiful home.

It was a pleasure doing business with the owner. Very fast responses and everything was taken care of before our arrival.

To the Owners of this Property:

My family and I spent one week in this home and it was just beautiful. My daughter-in-law was blown away with it. I can't remember how many mornings when she woke up and walked into the living room said "I just love this house"!!

The home was very clean and well stocked with towels and appliances in the kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was most comfortable and, in hind sight, we should have spent two weeks in the house instead of moving to another location on the Gulf of Mexico.

Unfortunately, the pool was not working so we could not take advantage of it. My grandchildren were a little disappointed but the weather was not quite pool weather so it really didn't affect our vacation. As a result our fee for the pool was completely reimbursed.

The neighborhood was very quiet and most welcoming. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to my friends or family, and hope one day to perhaps rent it again. The Spottar Family

We had a great time in Florida and your house worked out perfectly.

One thing to change or make more clear in the instructions is that the gate into the community needs a # sign in front of the ---- code.

Other than that small issue, we had no complaints and truly enjoyed ourselves.

We just got back from spending 11 wonderful days in your vacation rental.

We all had fun in the pool and relaxed after visiting the theme parks. The house was beautiful and clean.

Two suggestions: 1. Need to leave a few more of the pantry basics (ex. sugar for coffee, paper towels, toilet paper) 2. one or two pool floats or pool games.

If we can afford to go away again next year. I would definitely like to use it again.

Thanks for a great week at your home.

All of the amenities for kids were great since my 1 year old Grandaughter was with us. The owner and staff were very accomodating when we had any questions. The facilities at Aviana were great, and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The pool and jaccuzi were great and the kids had a ball!

I would definitely visit this home again in the future!

We rented Casa Paloma for the holidays, I was surprised to see how beautiful, clean and decorated Casa Paloma was.

I felt so at home, it is the perfect place to rent if you need to relax, it is in an area that is so quiet and peaceful,children friendly, but yet close enough drive to every attraction. I would recommend Cassa Paloma to everyone going to Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. The house was clean and updated.

All of the baby things were very handy for us, since we brought along our 6 month old daughter. It was a nice surprise to have the potable crib, pack-n-play, and high chair. Having a grill was really useful as well, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The only recommendation that I would have to improve the house is to maybe supply the kitchen with general necessities such as aluminum foil, and cooking spray, etc.

We will definitely come back and stay at Casa Paloma next time we are in the area! Thanks again!

My husband and I took our 3 1/2 year old daughter and 3 grandparents on a trip to Disney World.

This house was extremely nice and a comfortable place to stay (especially when compared to a cramped hotel). It was an easy drive to all the parks, and my daughter keeps asking to go back to her "new house."

I would recommend this home and this rental service to anyone. Thanks!

The stay at this home was great.

This was our second booking with MSR, our first being in N Miami Beach. I was very please with the home and décor. My husband and I came for a getaway from the kids, but we couldn’t help but think that we need to come back with the kids and grandparents and take the family to Disney World and the other parks Orlando has to offer.

It is only about a 15 minute drive from Disney and we drove to the East Coast near the Space Center and it only took an hour! We needed help with the WIFI and the owner answered the phone straight away and helped us out. Everything was great! I will book here next time we decide to come to the Orlando area, it is a much better value than any hotel!

We had a great stay at your lovely home. We went to the parks every other day so stayed in on the off days. The kids loved the pool and everyone stayed busy. It was very comfortable, spacious and welcoming. The clubhouse was an added bonus!

Dear Felicia,

I want to thank you for allowing us the use of your home. Cathy was very helpful with any and all problems that arose. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was great! We visited beaches on both sides of the state, the Lakeland area and the Orlando area.

One thing that might be helpful would be a local phone book, or restaurant guide and maps for the area. We were thrilled that the club house opened for use while we were there. We were very comfortable during our stay and will recommend this property to others.

We got our deposit back. Thank you. That was quick!

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our time at your beautiful home. My older son spent so much time in the pool that we had a hard time going any where! I just wanted to let you know that we bought a baby walker/play seat that we left in the garage because it was too large to carry back. Hope someone else visiting can use it.
