Our North Lake Oasis property is a 1,327 Sq. Ft. 3BR/2BA w/Tropical Oasis Pool and a beautiful tropical landscape. Totally redone and well appointed, the home is very accommodating and offers a safe sanctuary with a tropical oasis feeling.

We are located on N 13th Terrace in the established affluent neighborhood of Hollywood Lakes in Hollywood, Florida. North 13th Terrace is tree-lined with magnificent 40' Royal Palm trees. We are just blocks from a golf resort and within walking distance of a kiddie park and Hollywood's Northlake.

The living room has tiled floors, a beautiful leather couch with two side chairs, an ottoman and a lighted ceiling fan. With a large window to allow plenty of light this space offers a relaxing feel with the cable TV available via a 42" flat screen LCD TV. The living room is adjacent to the kitchen and dining room.

The dining room has two large windows over looking the rear yard and a french door that provides access to the patio and oasis pool. The tropical backyard provides a lovely view while dining. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and living room.

The kitchen is equipped with service for 8 as well as all the pots, pans, cookware necessary to create your own gourmet meal. We feature an electric stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser.

The large master bedroom suite features a queen size bed with a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two night stands, a closet and a private bath with a shower.

The 2nd bedroom is large with two sets of windows and features a queen size bed, two nightstands, a dresser and a lighted ceiling fan.

Bathroom 2 features a combination tub/shower with glass shower doors and a window to provide natural light.

The 3rd bedroom is large with beautiful wood flooring. It features a daybed with a trundle underneath (2 twin beds). There is also a large window to allow in natural light, a chest of drawers, a night stand, a lighted ceiling fan and a TV.

The spacious covered patio area offers plenty of space to relax and/or entertain. The patio furniture features a table with 4 chairs. In addition, there is a gas barbecue provided. Imagine unwinding here and discussing the days events while enjoying a tropical drink.

Our covered patio with plenty of outdoor furniture and gas barbecue offers a relaxing environment that ovelooks our signature tropical oasis pool and backyard. You will be sure to enjoy the tranquil setting in your own little piece of paradise.

Just down the street is the Hollywood Beach Country Club and Golf Resort. In addition, the John B. Kooser Memorial Park & Exercise Trail sits next to the Country Club among the shade of large live oak trees and provides a kiddie park.

Hollywood Northlake is just minutes away and offers benches to sit and enjoy the scenery. If you are bringing your boat or jet ski, the Hollywood Marina is just minutes away as well. You can walk to the lake and the marina.

The Hollywood Beach Bridge takes you across the waterway and leads you right to Hollywood Broadwalk. The driving time from North Lake Oasis is approximately 5 minutes. Taking a leisurely walk, you can be there in 20 minutes or less!

Hollywood’s oceanfront Broadwalk offers miles of car free enjoyment. Walkers, runners, bicyclists and rollerbladers set their own pace on this path, which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood’s famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, cafés and places to eat facing the ocean. We are located just minutes away!

Cancellation Policy:	More than 60 days - security deposit (minus $50 processing fee) and any rental payment returned; 60 days or less - forfeiture of rental payments and security deposit if another renter, with similar terms can not be found. During storm seasons we recommend renters take out travel insurance.
Deposits:	$250 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit. Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to a $250 damage deposit due at time of booking. There is a $500 damage deposit required during peak rates.
Other Fees:	Departure Cleaning fee is $125. Pool Heating is $35 a night, discounted rates are $185 a week and $550 a month.
Other Policies:	50% rental rate due 60 days prior to arrival and balance due 30 days prior. Maximum of 10 occupants (Sleeps 8 Comfortably). Please Note - NO LARGE PARTIES ALLOWED!!!
