Our Hollywood Lakes property is a 3,210 Sq. Ft. 5br/3BA w/Heated Pool/Spa on a double lot featuring 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, a beautiful large yard with summer kitchen, mature landscaping and covered patio area with outdoor TV. We are located on Tyler Street in the established affluent neighborhood of Hollywood Lakes in Hollywood, Florida. All windows have window blinds and/or curtains for full privacy.  The home also has a centrally monitored alarm.

The kitchen is equipped with service for 12 as well as all the pots, pans, cookware  necessary to create your own gourmet meal. We feature an electric stove, a microwave, a double oven, dishwasher and a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser.

Going a step further, we provide a coffee / espresso maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven and all necessary utensils to stock your kitchen.  The eat-in kitchen has seating for six and offers french door access to the patio.

The formal dining room features a beautiful expandable wood table and hutch with seating for eight. The formal living room that features two large plush leather chairs with ottomans, a gas fireplace and built-in bookcases with provided reading material.

The large master bedroom features a king size bed with a spacious sitting area and sliding glass patio access, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two night stands, a private bath and a 20" TV w/Cable.

The master bathroom suite offers a luxurious shower with eight shower heads to massage your entire body. In addition there is a walk in closet and a bidet...this room can be your escape to luxury!

The 2nd bedroom suite features a queen size bed, a dresser, a lighted ceiling fan, TV (OTA) and a DVD player.  Complete with direct access to bathroom 2 and a large walk-in closet, this room is perfect for another couple.

The 3rd bedroom features one full size bed, one twin size bed, a chest of drawers with one night stand, a lighted ceiling fan and a sitting area.  Bathroom #3 is a jack and jill for this room.

The 4th bedroom features two twin size beds, one night stand, a large bookcase, a walk-in closet and a lighted ceiling fan. Bathroom #3 is a jack and jill for this room.

The 5th bedroom features one twin size bed and a computer work area. High Speed Internet access is provided by the workstation on site to include wireless access. The utility room contains a washer/dryer, an iron/ironing board and wash basin.

The family room contains a leather couch, a PLASMA HDTV and a combination DVD/VCR. Various Games, DVDs and VCR movies are provided as well as a PlayStation 2. The family room has direct access to the pool/patio area and is adjacent to the kitchen.

Outside you will find plenty of seating under the covered balcony, an outdoor TV, a charcoal barbecue grill, a heated pool/spa surrounded by plush tropical landscaping in a private gated setting. There is an additional refrigerator also provided in the garage.

Hollywood Northlake is just a few blocks away and offers benches to sit and enjoy the scenery. If your bringing your boat or jet ski, Hollywood Marina is just a few blocks away as well. You can walk to the lake, walk to the marina, walk to the golf course and walk to the kiddy park.

Just down the street is Eppelman park, situated on the Intracoastal Waterway. There are picnic shelters, park benches, and a covered playground with sandbox. The Hollywood Beach Bridge offers pedestrian and bicycle crossing.

Hollywood’s oceanfront Broadwalk offers miles of car free enjoyment. Walkers, runners, bicyclists and rollerbladers set their own pace on this path, which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood’s famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, cafés and places to eat facing the ocean.
