Ft. 4BR/3BA w/Heated Pool & Media/Game Room Single Family Home on a 1/4 acre lot located on Monroe Street in the established affluent neighborhood of Hollywood Hills in Hollywood, Florida. Our home has porcelain tile laid throughout the common areas, the kitchen and the bedrooms. The large welcoming living room features a plush leather couch and loveseat, in addition, there is a queen leather sofabed and a unique center table that houses four ottomans allowing seating for twelve.

The 2nd bedroom features two queen size beds, a dresser and a center night stand, a lighted ceiling fan, a Sony Playstation 2 w/Wireless Controllers & 14 Games and a swivel mounted 17" LCD TV providing over 290 channels and 30 Movie Channels of Starz®, Encore®, SHOWTIME®, The Movie Channel™ (TMC), and FLIX®.

The shared 2nd bathroom is spacious and well appointed. It features a marble counter top with double sinks and mirrors. The bathub also provides a shower. To ensure your level of comfort, the bathroom also has a large window with privacy glass and it is also air-conditioned.

The 4th bedroom (2nd Master) bathroom features a marble counter top with a single  sink and matching mirror. The large two person shower also features a hand held shower head for your comfort. To ensure your level of comfort, the bathroom also has a large window with privacy glass and it is also air-conditioned.

The highlight of the home is our 20' x 20' media/game room. It features 6 home theater seats that recline fully and a 50" Plasma HDTV with over 290 channels (85 HD) and 30 Movie Channels of Starz®, Encore®, SHOWTIME®, The Movie Channel™ (TMC), and FLIX®, enhanced with a surround sound stereo receiver. This room has a separate exit and an additional wall air-conditioner to keep you cool while watching movies.

The media/game room also provides a 7' pool table, 3 Billiard Spectator Chairs, a combination air hockey/foosball table, various adult & children games and a lighted ceiling fan. You can also use this room as a 5th bedroom as there is a roll-away twin size bed in the closet.

Outside there is plenty of seating and a 13" LCD TV providing over 290 channels, a gas barbecue grill and a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser all under a covered veranda. The large 15' x 30' heated swimming pool is screened and private.

Behind the pool there is a separate enclosed fenced yard with a large avocado shade tree, outdoor furniture and a swing set. We also provide his and her bicycles so you can take rides to experience the beauty of the local neighborhood. Rear driveway w/covered parking and alley access.

Free local and long distance phone service is provided within the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. High Speed Internet access is provided by the workstation on site and wireless access is available as well as a Printer being provided. The utility room contains a washer/dryer and wash basin.
