Description:
Our Hollywood Hills property is a 3,000 Sq. Ft.
4BR/3BA w/Heated Pool & Media/Game Room Single
Family Home on a 1/4 lot located on Monroe Street
in the established affluent neighborhood of Hollywood
Hills in Hollywood, Florida. Our home has porcelain tile
laid throughout the common areas, the kitchen and the
bedrooms. All windows have window blinds and/or curtains
for full privacy. The home also has a centrally
monitored alarm.
The kitchen is
equipped with service for 12 as well as all the pots,
pans, cookware, and cookbooks necessary to create your
own gourmet meal. We feature electric stoves,
microwaves, ovens and include side by side refrigerators
with filtered water and ice dispensers. Going a step
further, we provide a coffee/espresso maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven and all
necessary utensils to stock your kitchen. The
dining room features seating for eight and the eat-in
kitchen has seating for four.
The master bedroom features a king size pillow top
bed with a spacious sitting area and sliding glass patio
access, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with
two night stands, a private bath and a 20" TV. With
direct access to the pool through sliding glass doors,
this room can be your escape to luxury!
The 2nd bedroom features a queen size sleigh bed, a
dresser with two night stands, a lighted ceiling
fan, a swivel mounted 17" LCD TV and a DVD
player. Complete with a sitting area and a large
double closet, and a soothing aromatic waterfall.
The 3rd bedroom features two full size beds, a chest
of drawers with two night stands, a lighted ceiling fan,
two gamer chairs, a Sony Playstation 2 w/Wireless
Controllers & 14 Games and a 23" LCD TV. Your kids will love
this room!
The 4th bedroom features a leather queen size
sofabed with sliding glass patio access, a bar with two
stools, a private bathroom, a lighted ceiling fan, a 26"
Wall Mounted LCD TV with 200 Channel Cable and it is easily convertible to a
family room.
The 20' x 20' media/game
room
contains 6 home theater
seats, 200 Channel Cable provided in the media/game room is high
definition with 25 HD channels & Multiples Screens of HBO and Cinemax, a pool table,
combination air hockey & foosball table and 50" PLASMA
HDTV.
Outside you will find plenty of seating, a 13" LCD TV,
a gas barbecue grill and a side by side refrigerator
with filtered water and ice dispenser for your
enjoyment. Behind the pool there is a separate enclosed fenced yard with a
large avocado shade tree and a swing set.
Free local and long distance phone service is
provided within the U.S. and Canada. High Speed Internet
access is provided by the workstation on site and
wireless access is available as well. The utility
room contains a washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board
and wash basin.
Visit South Beach and enjoy one of the hottest and trendiest locations in South Florida! South beach is a mix of sun worshippers, the eccentric, art lovers, designers, tourists, and celebrities alike. You will never run out of something to do and there is entertainment at every corner. We are located just a short 25 minute drive away!
Hallandale Beach, home of the famous Beach Ball Water Tower, features a mile of unspoiled coastline. At this public beach, you can rent chickee huts, and relax and watch the ocean. There are concession stands, a playground, bocce ball courts, restrooms and showers. We are located just a short 10-15 minute drive away!
Hollywood’s oceanfront Broadwalk offers miles of carfree enjoyment. Walkers, runners, bicyclists and rollerbladers set their own pace on this path, which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood’s famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, cafés and places to eat facing the ocean.
We are located just a short 5-10 minute drive away!
Hollywood - Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Miami International Airport are both just 20 minutes away. Only five minutes to downtown Hollywood, 15 minutes to downtown Fort Lauderdale, and 20 minutes to trendy South Beach!
More importantly, we are centrally located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offering access to all that south Florida has to offer. We are just 3.5 miles west of Hollywood Beach, with its famous boardwalk, restaurants and shopping!
Imagine arriving to Hollywood Hills ready to get your "Barbecue On". We can have the freezer pre-packed with your choice of seafood, chicken, beef or pork ready to throw on the grill.
More than 60 days - security deposit (minus $50 processing fee) and any
rental payment returned; 60 days or less - forfeiture of rental payments and security deposit if another renter, with similar terms can not be found. During storm seasons we recommend renters take out travel insurance.
Deposits:
$250 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit. Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to a $250 damage deposit due at time of booking. There is a $500 damage deposit required during peak rates.
Other Fees:
Cleaning fee is $175 if less than 7 nights booked. Pool Heating is $35 a night, discounted rates are $185 a week and $550 a month.
Other Policies:
50% rental rate due 60 days prior to
arrival and balance due 30 days prior. Maximum of 12 occupants (Sleeps 10 Comfortably). Please Note - NO LARGE PARTIES ALLOWED!!!

Rate Calculation:
Total Tariff = Rental Rate - Any Discounts + Refundable Security Deposit + Pool Heating Fee (+ Cleaning Fee if less than 7 Nights booked).
