Description:

Our Casa Del Sol property is a 2,000 Sq. Ft. 3BR/2.5BA (w/Large Screened Patio featuring a Heated Pool & Game Room/4th Bedroom Area) Single Family Home located on Thomas Street in the established affluent residential neighborhood of Hollywood Hills in Hollywood, Florida.

Casa Del Sol is situated on a 1/4 acre corner lot with a 25' x 72' screened patio housing a heated 15' x 30' pool. Our home has terrazzo floors in the sunken living room and bedrooms. All bedrooms have sliding glass door access to pool/patio area. All windows have windows blinds and/or curtains for full privacy.  The home also has a centrally monitored alarm.

The kitchen is equipped with service for 10 as well as all the pots, pans, cookware, and cookbooks necessary to create your own gourmet meal. Featuring a glass top electric stove, a microwaves, a large refrigerator w/ice maker.   The dining room features seating for 8.

The spacious master bedroom features a king size pillow top bed with sliding glass door pool/patio access, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two night stands, a private bath w/shower and separate outdoor access, a 20" TV w/DVD & VCR and direct access to the pool through a sliding glass door.

The 2nd bedroom features a queen size four poster bed, a dresser with two night stands, sliding glass door access to the pool/patio, a 20" TV and a DVD player.  Complete with a large double closet, this room offers an adult retreat.

The 3rd bedroom features two full size beds, a chest of drawers with one night stand, sliding glass door access to the pool/patio, a 20" TV and a Sony PS2 w/Two Wireless Controllers & 14 Games.  Complete with a large double closet, your kids will love this room!

The well appointed sunken living room features a leather couch and loveseat. The room also features sliding glass door access to the pool/patio area and has a large entertainment center with a 32" TV with a Surround Sound DVD System.

Outside you will find plenty of seating around the screened pool. There is also a gas barbecue grill and a kitchen pass-through window. Behind the pool is a separate enclosed large and lush tranquil fenced tropical oasis with a swing set for young kids.

The 21' x 21' Game Room is a furnished carpeted garage area that can be used as a 4th bedroom area. It contains two queen sofabed futons, a lighted ceiling fan, a standing fan, a 61" Big Scrren TV w/DVD, a Card/Game table, a 200 DVD Title Library, a combination pool table/air hockey table, a 6-in-1 foosball table, filtered water, closet area and half bath.

Free local and long distance phone service is provided within the U.S. and Canada. High Speed Internet access is provided by the workstation on site and wireless access is available as well. We also provide a color printer for mapquest printing.  The game room contains a full size washer and dryer.

Located within walking distance (just 5 blocks) is the Sheridan Plaza anchored by Publix Supermarket, Ross Dress for Less, Bath & Bodyworks, Office Depot, LA Fitness Gym and Kohls.

More than 60 days - security deposit (minus $50 processing fee) and any rental payment returned; 60 days or less - forfeiture of rental payments and security deposit if another renter, with similar terms can not be found. During storm seasons we recommend renters take out travel insurance.
Deposits:
$250 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit.   Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to a $250 damage deposit due at time of booking. There is a $500 damage deposit required during peak rates.
Other Fees:
Departure Cleaning fee is $150. Pool Heating is $35 a night, discounted rates are $185 a week and $550 a month.
Other Policies:
50% rental rate due 60 days prior to arrival and balance due 30 days prior. Maximum of 10 occupants (Sleeps 8 Comfortably). Please Note - NO LARGE PARTIES ALLOWED!!!
