This is the first tme we have rented a house for vacation. We would not hesitate to do it again. We felt very confortable there. It was close to where we wanted to be. Was much better than staying in a motel. We look forward to doing it again. Thanks for everything.

Thank you so much. This property was well located close to all major roads, just a few minutes from the beach and Broadwalk, within minutes of Dolphin Stadium and local attractions of all kinds. The house was very cozy and clean, and had everything we needed to make our vacation great. The jacuzzi was very relaxing late at night and the property overall was incredible. We enjoyed ourselves very much and we highly recommend this location to other guests in the future!!

La casa super cómoda, accesible, el trato siempre amable y cordial...muchas gracias!!! definitivamente he recomendado el lugar a todo aquel que le he contado del viaje. Si volviera a viajar regresaría a la misma casa pues tenía el cine, mall, supermercado, aeropuerto muy cerca...incluso la I75 y 595...un "guame" como dicen aquí. Gracias por todo y disculpa toodas las veces que te llamé. Cuidate!!

Just returned from a great holiday in Florida, which included a week at this property. The house was well situated close to the main routes in and out of Miami. It was well fitted out, with everything we needed and was very comfortable. Good value for money, I would recommend it to my friends.

We spent the winter of 08 at this property and loved it. Easy access to everything via the Turnpike, Interstates 95 and 595, and Hollywood Blvd. Very clean and well kept. Gary and Angie were easy to work with and when we had a problem with the phone and computer it was addressed immediately. We are returning for the winter of 09. Highly recommend.

C'est définitivement un endroit très agréable pour y demeurer. Tous nos besoin sont à proximité. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants.La maison est très bien meublés et dispose de tous les accessoires nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Nous n'hésiterons pas à louer à nouveau cette maison si nous retournons dans ce seteur. Deffinetely a great place to stay and to return.

I just want to take this opportunity to thank Gary & Angie on the beautiful accommodations that we enjoyed while staying in this home and the wonderful service we received during our stay. We were visiting Fort Lauderdale for a family reunion and this will definitely be a memorable one, not just due to spending time with the family but also due to the fact of this lovely home at Boulevard Heights that we were able to stay in. We will be back:):). The children enjoyed the home as well.

Our stay at Boulevard Heights was the best stay at the best price we were able to find. This far exceeded a hotel room for us. Everything we wanted to do was a short distance away. Angie and Gary did everything we asked. I will rent again at the next chance of a visit to this area.

We had a very pleasant stay in the house with 7 people. The house is well equipped, clean and it is much better than a stay in a hotel. From booking until the security deposit refund it is all very good organised. We recommend to everybody to rent this house.
