our clients with the ideal environment to ensure they
come back and stay with us again and again. That is why we
offer the following customer programs; a repeat customer
discount program designed to reward our repeat
customers with substantial savings and a customer
referral program
designed to reward our customers as well as those referred.
So how does the repeat
customer discount program work?All MSR Select Vacation Rentals repeat
customers are given a 5% discount above and beyond any
advertised discounts being offered.This can represent a
substantial savings when combined with the various pricing promotions
we run:
Last Minute Special
Offers - up to 25%
discount during specific
months.When combined with your repeat customer
discount, you would save 30%.
Special Value Offer
#1 - up to 10%
discount during specific
months.When combined with your repeat customer
discount, you would save 15%.
Special Value Offer
#2 - 5%
discount when booking 6 months or
more in advance.When combined with
your repeat customer discount, you would save 10%.
Repeat Customers are identified as any
person that has previously signed and fulfilled a rental
agreement with any Miami Seasonal Rental property.
So how does the customer referral program
work?
After you have fulfilled your
reservation with a
Miami Seasonal Rental property,
the program begins. Here is a typical scenario; you just
got back home from spending time with us and you tell all
your friends and work associates.
You advise them to navigate to the
rates/payments page and to follow the
reservation
process. When they select the button, advise them to
type "Referred by" and then list "Your Name, E-Mail Address and Phone Number" in
the comments area before they submit the request.
When the reservation is confirmed, we
will contact you via e-mail or phone to verify the
referral.
Once your friend/work
associate completes
their reservation, we will again
contact you to advise of your accrued "FREE"
night.
So what does your friend/work
associate get?
They get an additional
5% OFF
the rental rate!
So what do you
get? You get an
accrued "FREE"
night on the property your friend/work associate chose and you can bank them up to a maximum of 5 for a
"FREE"
week
in any one year period!
Are you eligible to
participate? If you have previously
fulfilled a reservation with us and your name was listed on the
rental agreement or application, then you are eligible to
participate in our program.
How long is an accrued
"FREE" night
valid?
We keep your accrued night(s) on file for up to one
year from the time of issuance.
Is the accrued "FREE" night
transferable? Yes, you can transfer it to
anyone you wish. You only need to send us in writing who
you wish it transferred to and it will remain valid
until it expires a year from issuance.
Referral Customers are
identified as any person that occupied the vacation rental
home and was listed on the rental agreement and/or
application of a fulfilled a rental agreement with any
Miami Seasonal Rental property.
