When you walk into the home you are greeted by a 19' x 18' game room that features a 7' Pool table, a Bistro Set, a Combination Foosball, Air Hockey and Ping Pong table as well as a Roulette, Craps, Blackjack and Poker Game table.

The 35' x 17' furnished patio area is afforded privacy by a wall of mature trees providing lush landscaping. You will find plenty of patio seating and umbrellas to enjoy outdoor meals and unwind.  There are also two ceiling fans to keep the temperature just right. Oh by the way, did we mention the view?

The 40-foot heated lap pool and 8 person (yes 8) Jacuzzi are the focal point of the tropical backyard paradise. When heated, the temperature of 84 degrees is the set temp.

The gas grill and covered patio complete the atmosphere and make the backyard a destination in itself!

The 13' x 12' second bedroom features two full size pillow top beds, a chest of drawers, a nightstand, a 20" TV/DVD w/Satellite and a Sony PlayStation2.  We have provided various PS2 games w/ratings from Everyone to Teen to Mature 17 to Mature. The closet features mirrored doors and the floors are wood laminate.  There is also a lighted ceiling fan, built-in cabinetry and two large windows.

The 2.4 million square feet Aventura Mall is only a short drive away.  The AMC Movie Theatre complex contains 2 concession stands in the 24-screen megaplex. You can relax in the state-of-the-art, Wall-to-Wall screened theatres, with LoveSeat stadium-style seats.

Inside the mall there is an oasis of dining possibilities from quick stops in the food court to wonderful dining experiences at Cheesecake Factory, Rosalia's, Bella Luna, Johnny Rockets, Mama Sbarros, and Sushi Siam. 

And by the way, we didn't forget about the kids & teens. We have a Sony PlayStation2 w/various games in the second bed room. The Game Room has Wall Mounted Stereo System as well as a Wall Mounted Satellite TV/VCR & DVD.

We also have numerous kids DVD/VCR movies, board games, toys and throw mats; so the kids to sit comfortably off the tiled floors in the Game Room.

Now...for the adults in the house, we have a Black Jack Table, a Roulette Table, and a Craps Table all-in-one. Now needless to say this is for the adults in the home only.

But if the little ones keep nagging that they want to play too, we have a mini roulette game for them as well hidden in one of the ottomans in the game room.

Hallandale Beach, home of the famous Beach Ball Water Tower, features a mile of unspoiled coastline. At this public beach, you can rent chickee huts, and relax and watch the ocean. There are concession stands, a playground, bocce ball courts, restrooms and showers. We are located just a short 5 minute drive away!

Cancellation Policy:

More than 60 days - security deposit (minus $50 processing fee) and any rental payment returned; 60 days or less - forfeiture of rental payments and security deposit if another renter, with similar terms can not be found. During storm seasons we recommend renters take out travel insurance.

Deposits:

$250 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit.   Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to a $250 damage deposit due at time of booking. There is a $500 damage deposit required during peak rates.

Other Fees:

Cleaning fee is $150 if less than 7 nights booked.   Pool/Spa heating is $35 a night, discounted rates are $185 a week and $550 a month.

Other Policies:

50% rental rate due 60 days prior to arrival and balance due 30 days prior. Maximum of 10 occupants (Sleeps 8 Comfortably). Please Note - NO LARGE PARTIES ALLOWED!!!
