Our South Lake Chateau property is a 2,832 Sq. Ft. 4BR/3BA home w/Solar Heated Pool on a large fenced lot featuring 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, a beautiful large yard with mature landscaping and a covered patio area. We are located on Washington Street in the established affluent neighborhood of Hollywood Lakes in Hollywood, Florida. All windows have window blinds and/or curtains for full privacy. The home also has a centrally monitored alarm.

The kitchen is equipped with service for 8 as well as all the pots, pans, cookware necessary to create your own gourmet meal. We feature an electric stove, a wall mounted single oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser.

Going a step further, we provide a coffee maker, blender, tea kettle and all necessary utensils to stock your kitchen. The open and airy dining room area which is adjacent to the kitchen features a beautiful wood table with seating for eight.

The entry foyer welcomes you to the home with a dramatic panoramic view out to the pool and patio area. You then step down into the spacious living room area that features comfortable seating for six with two couches and two side chairs.

The large master bedroom features a king size bed with a spacious sitting area and sliding glass patio access, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two night stands, a private bath and a TV.

The master bathroom suite is large and newly renovated. There are marble countertops, his & her sinks and mirrors and an open glass block shower. This room can be your escape to luxury!

The 2nd bedroom suite features a queen size bed, a dresser, a ceiling fan and TV/DVD. Complete with a sitting area and a private bath that features a beautifully tiled shower with glass doors and a large window to allow plenty of natural light.

The 3rd bedroom features one full size bed, two night stands, two large windows to allow plenty of natural light and a lighted ceiling fan to keep you cool. This bedroom shares the 3rd bathroom complete with tub and shower.

The 4th bedroom features two twin size beds, two night stands, one large window to allow natural light and a lighted ceiling fan to keep you cool. This bedroom shares the 3rd bathroom complete with tub and shower.

High Speed Internet access is provided by the wireless access that is made available; bring your laptop and connect freely. The utility room contains a washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella

The family room contains a beautiful bar area, a seating area, a bureau with TV and a beautiful view of the pool and patio area. The family room has direct access to the pool/patio area and is adjacent to the kitchen.

Outside you will find plenty of seating under the covered balcony, a barbecue grill, a solar heated pool surrounded by mature landscaping in a private gated setting. The large 15' x 30' pool is so inviting ...you'll never want to get out!

Hollywood Southlake is just a few blocks away and offers benches to sit and enjoy the scenery. If your bringing your boat or jet ski, Hollywood Marina is just a few minutes away as well. The lake, marina, golf course and kiddy park are minutes away.

Just down the street is Jefferson park featuring four lighted tennis courts, paddleball courts, two basketball courts, 2 bocce courts, a small recreation center, playground equipment, and a baseball/softball field.

Hollywood’s oceanfront Broadwalk offers miles of car free enjoyment. Walkers, runners, bicyclists and rollerbladers set their own pace on this path, which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood’s famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, cafés and places to eat facing the ocean. We are located just minutes away!

Cancellation Policy:	More than 60 days - security deposit (minus $50 processing fee) and any rental payment returned; 60 days or less - forfeiture of rental payments and security deposit if another renter, with similar terms can not be found. During storm seasons we recommend renters take out travel insurance.
Deposits:	$250 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit. Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to a $250 damage deposit due at time of booking. There is a $500 damage deposit required during peak rates.
Other Fees:	Departure Cleaning fee is $175.
Other Policies:	50% rental rate due 60 days prior to arrival and balance due 30 days prior. Maximum of 8 occupants. Please Note - NO LARGE PARTIES ALLOWED!!!
Minimum Age Limit:	25
