Description:
Our Beach Walk property is a 1,888 Sq. Ft. 3BR/3BA w/Jacuzzi featuring 3 Large Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, a beautiful 1/4 acre yard with 1940's charm. Totally redone with hardwood floors throughout, volume beamed ceilings, fireplace mantel, master suite with jacuzzi tub, rain forest shower and french doors.
We are located on a large double lot on Tyler Street in the established affluent neighborhood of Hollywood Lakes in Hollywood, Florida. Historic Tyler Street is tree-lined with magnificent 40' Royal Palm trees.
The 20' x 16' family room has real wood floors, exposed wood beams in the ceiling, two large windows to allow plenty of light and french doors providing access to the kitchen and gameroom area. The room features a fireplace w/mantel, two side chairs, two couches, and a TV w/DVD.
The dining room has two large windows over looking the front lawn to provide a lovely view while dining. With an extension leaf, the dining room table is expandable from seating 6 to seating 8. All 8 chairs are provided as well as a buffet table and a chandelair to complete the room.
The kitchen is equipped with service for 10 as well as all the pots, pans, cookware necessary to create your own gourmet meal. We feature an electric stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. The eat-in kitchen with it's raised tiled countertop is especially spacious.
The game room area features a day bed, TV, a 6-in-1 foosball table, an air hockey table, a PlayStation 2 with various games, a computer with Internet access and a boom box. There are various board games, cards, books to keep everyone occupied when in the home.
The well appointed large master bedroom suite features a large window to provide plenty of light, a king size bed with a lighted ceiling fan, a dresser, two night stands with two lamps, a walk-in closet and a TV.
The master bathroom suite offers a luxurious jacuzzi tub with a rainfall/waterfall shower and glass block windows. In addition there is a separate water closet, a glass top sink, a large walk in closet and direct access to the backyard...this room can be your escape to luxury!
The 2nd bedroom is spacious with two sets of windows to allow plenty of light and features a bunkbed (two twin size beds), a full size futon bed, a dresser, a large TV w/DVD and a stoller in the closet. The hallway bathroom (bathroom 2) features a tub/shower and pedestal sink.
The 3rd bedroom suite is large with two sets of windows and features one queen size bed, a writing desk, two night stands with two lamps, a lighted ceiling fan, a TV and a private bathroom with two person shower and pedestal sink.
The utility room contains a large capacity washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board. High Speed Internet access is provided by the dedicated workstation on site and wireless access is available as well.
Outside the amenities are many; there is an outdoor shower to rinse the beach sand away, a large jacuzzi that seats 5 to relax the night away and a large tropical fire pit to sit by and discuss the days events while enjoying a tropical drink.
The spacious yard offers plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The patio furniture features a high table with 4 high chairs, 2 chairs , 1 lounger and a picnic table. In the front of the house there is a tether ball and a hammock. The driveway can accomodoate a boat and/or RV.
Just down the street is Eppelman park, situated on the Intracoastal Waterway. There are picnic shelters, park benches, and a covered play ground with sandbox. The Hollywood Beach Bridge offers pedestrian and bicycle crossing.
Hollywood Northlake is just a few blocks away and offers benches to sit and enjoy the scenery. If you are bringing your boat or jet ski, Hollywood Marina is just a few blocks away as well. You can walk to the lake and the marina in minutes.
The Hollywood Beach Bridge takes you across the waterway and leads you right to Hollywood Broadwalk. The walking time from Beach Walk is approximately 5 minutes. On one of the provided bicycles, you can be there in 3 minutes or less!
Hollywood’s oceanfront Broadwalk offers miles of carfree enjoyment. Walkers, runners, bicyclists and rollerbladers set their own pace on this path, which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood’s famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, cafés and places to eat facing the ocean. We are located just 3 blocks away!

More than 60 days - security deposit (minus $50 processing fee) and any
rental payment returned; 60 days or less - forfeiture of rental payments and security deposit if another renter, with similar terms can not be found. During storm seasons we recommend renters take out travel insurance.
Deposits:
$250 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit. Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to a $250 damage deposit due at time of booking. There is a $500 damage deposit required during peak rates.
Other Fees:
Cleaning fee is $150 if less than 7 nights booked. Jacuzzi Service Fee of $75.
Other Policies:
50% rental rate due 60 days prior to
arrival and balance due 30 days prior. Maximum of 10 occupants (Sleeps 8 Comfortably). Please Note - NO LARGE PARTIES ALLOWED!!!
