Enjoy year round fun and sun for the entire family in our South Lake Chateau 4BR/3BA home. It features an outdoor 15' by 30' solar heated swimming pool and a covered patio with plenty of outdoor furniture. You are located just minutes to the lake, the beach, dowwntown restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

We are just south of Hollywood Boulevard and this prime location offers the best of Hollywood...all within a short distance of 10 to 15 minutes:

• Hollywood Beach Broadwalk - Over two miles of car-free enjoyment. Bicyclists, runners, walkers and rollerbladers set their own pace on this path which is bordered by six miles of Hollywood's famous coastline, boutique hotels, charming shops, cafés and places to eat facing the ocean. Hollywood Beach is a Wi-Fi Hotspot.
  
• Historic Downtown - Characterized by quaint sidewalk cafés, bricklined walks and six blocks of unique boutiques, shops, art galleries and dozens of excellent restaurants along Hollywood Boulevard and Harrison Street, the pedestrian-friendly environment is the perfect place to enjoy South Florida.
  
• ArtsPark at Young Circle - is a revolutionary park that features 10 acres of lush green space, broad paved promenades for strolling or jogging, a children's play area with an interactive fountain, and a spectacular feature fountain.

In the home you can relax under the covered balcony while taking dips into the pool and perhaps do a barbecue. The kids can watch the numerous videos provided our play one of the games provided.
